Every student who hits 75 days earns the studio T-shirt — and that shirt is designed intentionally. Students love what's on the front. Parents love what it represents. And every time a student wears it out in the world, your studio name on the back is doing its own marketing.

🧺 The Monthly Prize Basket
On top of the end-of-season recital rewards, students earn points throughout the challenge by completing their weekly bonus challenges. Each month when I come to the lesson, I bring a prize basket. Students spend their points on prizes right then — small, immediate, tangible rewards that keep motivation high week to week. A student who completes two of the eight possible challenges that month takes two prizes. A student who completes all eight takes eight. The monthly basket keeps the energy alive between recital milestones — so students aren't waiting four months for a reason to try.

This layer is completely optional — it's what I do in my own studio when the energy is right. Not every teacher will have the means or the studio size to make this work, and that's completely fine.
